Terms and conditions

By placing an order with Xado Ireland on our website, through email, by phone, or otherwise, you agree to contract with us in accordance with the following terms and conditions of use.

Payment

Payments are accepted by PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cheque.

All debit/credit cards are processed by PayPal.
You do not need to have or register an account with PayPal to process the payment.

Credentials for Bank Transfer will be shown after the order is placed as well as a confirming e-mail will be sent.

Payment by Cheque is accepted for a persistent customer or dealer only. Consider delays as the goods will not be shipped until the funds are cleared.

Delivery

Free delivery is applied to all orders above 60.00 Euro.

Usually, an order, placed before the midday, would be shipped out the same day and delivered the next. An Post is used in most cases, but we can use other carriers at our discretion or deliver it ourselves.

To reduce the delivery costs, an unregistered post delivery can be chosen at the checkout. The proof, that the order is sent off, is a receipt from An Post which can be provided on request.
Choose this option at your own responsibility, as no claims for lost packages will be accepted.

Returns

Returns are accepted, if goods are not open, used or damaged. If original packaging of the product is damaged, a restocking fee will be applied in case of return.

Invoicing

The final invoice will be shipped together with the order in most of the cases. The downloadable pdf invoice, generated by the system, is not the final invoice as company can provide some surprise/gift at its discretion or if any changes would occur (add-on, cancellation, replacement). The final, valid invoice will be shipped out, attached to the package.
